Crisp notes of cherry and ripe red fruit, elegantly lifted by a slight spiciness. The complex, multi-faceted palate offers lively fruit.

Fermentation:

8 months in French barriques (Allier) and at least 6 months in bottle

Aging:

24°C during 21 days
