Soil Rich in minerals. Galestro, Alberese and erosive rock from the Jurassic period

Good wine comes from the best grapes. The quality of the grapes depends on the right site and soil, limiting yield, and care in working the Vineyard. The clay and calcium rich soil produces a wine with very special characteristics.
